We send the parcels only via the DPD courier company. All parcels are carefully secured and packed in thick carton. The elements inside the parcels are put in bubble foil. The stickers “Warning: vertical” and “Warning fragile contents” are the additional information.

Products marked with "Shipped within 48 hours!" are directly available in our warehouse, therefore we guarantee shipment of the product within 48 hours. In other cases, the shipping times shown in the table below apply. To the shipping time, please add the courier delivery time, which may vary depending on availability and destination. 

Returns

You can resign from the purchase at your convenience. The goods are then returned to one of our three warehouses. We expect you to indicate which warehuose you choose before you send the goods back.
